I have a passion for food, enjoy cooking, hosting dinner parties and sharing my thoughts on food. I started the Chef Training Program at George Brown College (part time) but felt it too hectic to complete with a full time job. I don’t want to be a chef but have such a respect for the profession. When life slows down, that may be something to finish. I squeeze in some time as a Managing Editor for a journal and eat great food whenever I can.
